About Don:

Since qualifying as a massage therapist in 2005, I have been providing therapeutic massage services in the Canberra region.

I am able to draw on a wide range of treatment options for my clients, from traditional remedial and therapeutic techniques, to eastern modalities such as acupressure, shiatsu and cupping. I can assist clients to let go of tension and blockages using energetic techniques such as Polarity and Reiki.

My qualifications are:

• Diploma of Therapeutic Massage
• Certificate IV in Massage Therapy
• Advanced Certificate of Cupping Therapy
• Ceftificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
• Reiki Master
• Member of Association of Massage Therapists (AMT) since 2005

Why Nataraj?

Having been a keen student of yoga, meditation and Eastern spirituality for many years, I wanted a business name that would reflect this. "Nataraj " is the name of an Indian Hindu deity, a representation of Shiva, and is sometimes referred to as 'Lord of the Cosmic Dance'. To me Nataraj represents movement, balance and grace. Also, as a budding poet, I like that "Nataraj" rhymes with "Massage".
